In this interactive session, a local client practitioner along with Rick Kneuven, Director of Insights Learning and Development, will lead us through a series of discussion and activities. We will learn how the client used the Insight Discover model as part of a live project. So get ready to uncover your communication styles and quickly identify your coworker’s styles. You’ll learn about the Insight Discovery model and apply your knowledge to:
  • Understand personal preferences and styles
  • Develop awareness of others’ preferences and communication styles
  • Understand how those preferences translate into behaviors and how to adapt and connect

Armed with this new skill, you will be able to:
  • Recognize both individual and team preferences on the Discovery Team Wheel and the implications those preferences have on effective collaboration
  • Leverage strengths and areas for development to maximize team engagement and productivity
  • Create a common language of understanding for effective communication
  • Explore the expectations and motivations of customers and how to connect effectively
All participants will receive a Discovery profile, Insights blocks and learning aids.
