Franklin Roosevelt, Martin Luther King and John Kennedy were people who had a gift with people – Think they were born with it?

All three had a gift that gave them the ability to motivate people, to engage them with a common purpose and with a passion to drive them to results that even they themselves never thought possible.

The ancient Greeks called the quality “charisma”. Many people think that we must be born with it to be charismatic. This is the question we are going to explore as we engage in a conversation about our personal leadership journey.

Participants will learn:
• How beliefs shape our lives
• How self-talk can set us up to succeed or fail
• How the stages of learning work
• How to set and execute on goals
• How to practice leadership
