What leader inspired you in 2012? Hold his or her image in mind and think about what quality this person has that inspires you. What are his/her secrets to inspiring people at work?

Sonny Randall, the Leadership Development Manager at US Bank, will take you on a behind the scenes tour to see how inspiring leaders think and act. In this highly interactive learning event, you’ll grab key knowledge and skills for developing your own leadership capacity. You'll also come away with tools to train others to become effective leaders.

Join Sonny as he energetically unpacks what it really means to be an inspiring leader - and more importantly, how to become one. Inspiring leaders think differently and act creatively. In Sonny's words, they possess a unique "leaderality!" In this session, learn how to develop your own "leaderality," as well as the "leaderality" in others.

You’ll walk away with:
  • Experiential learning activities that you can use and apply during your next training session
  • Key knowledge and skills for becoming an inspiring leader
  • Resources for growing 'leaderality'- in yourself and in others.
