This playful session will turn your assumptions upside down – the first step to creating awesome products and services. Join us as marketing strategist, improvisation artist, and master storyteller Kathy Klotz-Guest leads us in an experiential event to jumpstart possibilities.

Much of what is “new” to the world in terms of products and services isn’t actually new at all! Rather, most innovation is an adaptation, modification or rearrangement of existing products and services.

Yet when we do the same things over and over using the same assumptions, we stop seeing the potential for new innovation.

Imagine wearing the same glasses day after day, and never cleaning the lenses!  After a while, you wouldn’t see so clearly.  So how do we reinvigorate our own services innovation and see things new again? By shaking up expectations and trying new methods (read: playing and experimenting!) of product creation.

Kathy Klotz-Guest, marketer and storyteller, is founder of Keeping it Human, a marketing strategy and communications company that helps clients succeed by making great products, and then, by marketing them in ways that make human connections with customers (you know, actual people).

What makes Kathy different? 20 years in successful marketing and communications combined with a background in improvisation and storytelling.
