Cisco WebEx has hired Tom as their exclusive provider of virtual presentation training for their entire staff of 65,000. He has also trained the entire sales and marketing teams at WebEx for how to design and deliver effective sales presentations. Citrix GoToMeeting has also hired Tom to deliver webinars, write an eBook, and serve as their virtual presentation expert. Additional clients include McKesson, CLIF Bar, Symantec, Bell Mobility, Northrop Grumman and Williams Sonoma, Inc.

Prior to founding What Works!, Tom served as Vice President of Sales for two fast growing technology companies in San Francisco. Tom was also an actor in Hollywood, where he studied improvisation, acted in commercials, and played small parts on Days of Our Lives and General Hospital.
