Do you cringe when you even hear the word “conflict?” Conflict at work can deeply and negatively impact change management, productivity, training effectiveness, and harmony at work. Learn about what conflict really is and how managers, HR, OD, and training professionals can be part of the solution.

In this interactive workshop, Lorraine Segal will demystify conflict and increase compassionate understanding of your own and others’ relationship with conflict. She will introduce a tool you can use to assess a business or organization’s current conflict skill level and steps to improve their conflict management.
