REGISTRATION IS CLOSED.  Ever wonder why you “click” with some people and not with others? Or why some co-workers always make you crazy? Turns out, it is because of your individual preferences for things like:

  • the amount of information you need to make a decision
  • working with people or alone
  • your results orientation
  • how well you deal with change
Join us for the Everything DiSC Workplace® Workshop to discover the four DiSC personality styles and how to use them to communicate better, build stronger relationships and achieve greater results.

Before the program, you will complete an online Everything DiSC Workplace® Profile which we will interpret during the program. You will:
  • discover your DiSC style
  • understand other styles and how to flex to them
  • learn practical ways to build more effective relationships
The Everything DiSC Workplace® Profile uses a research-validated learning model to create a highly personalized experience. The profile is workplace-specific with in-depth information, including tips, strategies, and action plans to help you become more effective.

This workshop is appropriate for all levels and anyone who must interact with others.  it is especially useful for those in Talent Development to help assess learner preferences for better learning outcomes.

AGENDA:
5:30 - 6:00pm       Light dinner and Welcome
6:00 – 8:00pm       Workshop

Due to the time needed to complete the assessment, REGISTRATION CLOSES AUGUST 10, 2018.
