Learn how to get the most out of your team through the foundational ideas of Multipliers! Are you a genius, or a genius-maker? Find out as we explore:

  • What defines a multiplier (genius-maker) and a diminisher (talent-drainer)
  • How you might be diminishing your team accidentally
  • How multipliers use questions to drive thinking and learning

Liz Wiseman set out to answer three questions in her book Multipliers, co-authored by Stanford researcher Greg McKeown.
  • What is the fate of the intelligent?
  • Why is it, then, that these smart people don't manage and develop other smart people?
  • Why do some managers get the most out of their teams while others seem to squander talent and waste it?
This session will look at their compelling analysis of what makes a good leader and how anyone can learn these skills.
