Unconscious Bias is the hot diversity & inclusion topic of our times. We take classes, read about it, but still feel stuck when it comes to managing it.

In this session, we will simplify bias to help us see it in action and provide actions to interrupt it. It isn’t until we understand that we all have bias and commit to bias interruption when we can, that we can begin to change our cultures.

  • What is unconscious bias and why is important to talk about.
  • Finding bias in the work place through the language of stereotypes, micro-inequities, and business decisions.
  • How to manage bias in you and others.
