Explore the training programs, best practices and challenges facing some of Sonoma County’s largest employers. This is your opportunity to meet and dialogue with a panel of local L&D leaders.

The first half of the evening will be a panel discussion. The second half will be a series of small group discussion to delve deeper with one of the panelists. Following the panel, each panelist will hold a small group discussion for participants who would like to learn more about that leader’s organization.

This is also an opportunity for you to meet potential clients and/or future employees, so we hope it will be beneficial for everyone attending!
