Creative facilitation helps groups come alive. Discover tips and strategies to capture the attention of your groups and to bring more voices and full bodied engagement into the room. Leaders and participants have had enough forced-fun icebreakers and “team building exercises.” Gain personal and professional inspiration, and learn practical facilitation strategies to elevate and enrich the impact of your program, group, or team.

Participants will leave with:
  • Ways to create safe environments for creative exploration
  • Design principles for delivering powerful group experiences
  • Fresh approaches to create transitions, openings and conclusions
  • A toolkit of easy-to-lead multi-arts activities
"Adam is truly an expert at creating collaborative and creative spaces. He keeps groups moving, talking and creating. I’ve been to a million professional development events and it's usually the same ol' thing, but his approach was a completely unique experience.”
--- Sabrina Mutukisna Founder/CEO, The Town Kitchen

"Adam's facilitation skills are outstanding."
--- Christian Forthomme CEO, RealChange
