Don Brown helps people with people, in leadership, sales and service. He co-authored (with Marshall Goldsmith) "What Got You Here Won't Get You There...In Sales!", and "Bring Out the Best in Every Employee", and is owner and founder of DonBrown.Org and Situational Services, Inc., a training and development company dedicated to helping clients achieve improved leadership and influence effectiveness. He is also known for his signature Multi-Touch™ approach to training and development, a groundbreaking methodology based on the proven principles of the applied behavioral science.

Mr. Brown is bilingual, having earned an Honors Degree from Michigan State University in foreign languages, and a Masters in Management with Dr. Hersey at California American University. Don also lived and studied at the University of Seville in Spain, and works regularly in Europe and Latin America. His specialties include Leadership, Sales and Customer Service Training and Development, Executive Coaching, Keynote Speaker and Session Facilitator and Leadership Coach.
