Understanding how to engage the human brain is key to our work as talent development professionals. It’s the human brains that are running things; it’s our job to understand how.

This interactive session will help disclose some of the key principles needed for designing and running effective brain-based development programs with a special focus on coaching. Executive Coach and Leadership Development Consultant Donna Fowler will take us through some of the key findings in brain science and how they can be applied to our work.

Donna Fowler is a Global Leadership Consultant and Executive Coach. The focus of her work is assisting executives to develop the leadership capacities necessary to excel in today’s complex business environment, including developing the competencies of leading diverse groups of people, working collaboratively, and coaching as a leader and manager.
