This month we are showcasing one local Sonoma County employer, Jackson Family Wines, and how they do talent development. Kathy Reddick, Director of Learning & Development, and her team will share how they:

Jackson Family Wines, based in Sonoma County – in the heart of California’s wine country – is one of the few family-owned and operated winery groups of its kind. Founded in 1983 with a focus on artisanal wines of distinct character and quality, Jackson Family Wines’ portfolio of wineries includes Kendall-Jackson, La Crema, Freemark Abbey, Murphy-Goode, Stonestreet, Matanzas Creek and Cambria (plus many more!), as well as a collection of luxury wineries such as Cardinale, Lokoya and Verite.

Kathy Reddick
joined Jackson Family Wines as the Director of Learning & Development 5 years ago. Since then Kathy has focused on creating a Learning & Development corporate offering with focus on management development, leadership development and language training. Previously, Kathy was Director of Culture and Leadership Development at Fireman's Fund insurance and VP of Training and Development at Charles Schwab.
