Find out where Sonoma County larger employers are focusing their L&D efforts and how they are measuring their training initiatives.

This is your opportunity to meet and dialogue with a panel of local L&D leaders.

The first half of the evening will be a panel discussion. The second half will be a “cracker barrel’ format. During the cracker barrel each panelist will hold a small group discussion for participants who would like to learn more about that panelist’s organization.

Some questions we’ll explore together:
  • What is the role and type of programs your L&D offers in your organization?
  • How are you monitoring, measuring and evaluating these efforts?
  • How do these metrics support your organization’s business goals?
  • What are some tools to help practitioners measure and evaluate their training/development efforts?
  • What changes do you see on the horizon for L&D?
  • What can L&D professionals do to stay competitive in the job market?
If you have your own questions for the panelist, please send them to Daniel Weinzveg at
