2015 was an exciting year for the Chapter and the industry. 2016 promises to be even more interesting. Join your colleagues to discover the latest industry information, learn about the Chapter’s future and contribute your ideas to make 2016 another successsful year.

We will begin with an overview of the ATD research report on the “State of the Industry”. This annual report provides a solidfoundation in understanding the trends in the talent development field as we enter 2016. If you are curious how your organization or practices compare to the national findings this report provides important metrics to consider.

Then we will provide a “State of the Chapter” presentation that will update you on the current plans for the coming year as well as provide you with another chance to meet the chapter board and share your wishes and hopes for how the Chapter can live up to our mission: “To be the preeminent talent development professional organization in the Bay Area.”
