Network your way into the New Year, think on your feet and HAVE FUN!

Join us and enjoy a dynamic and experiential learning experience to build confidence when it comes to networking and thinking on your feet! Learn how to leverage improvisation skills to build rapport and trust and get to know your ATD colleagues - all while having fun!

Lisa Safran, applied improviser and training strategist, President of Improv Consultants & Safran Consulting and author of two books, including Executive Presence Improv Style will facilitate the group in improvisational exercises to help you get the most out of networking.

Whether you’re at an ATD event, an office meeting or a client function, making connections with people is important to your professional success, Lisa will help us apply improvisational techniques to networking!

Improvisation skills not required. Applied improv is not about being funny or a performer. It is “at the heart of collaboration and connection and not to be missed."

Lisa Safran is the President and Founder of Safran Consulting and also the owner of Improv Consultants, providing experiential professional development training programs to individuals, businesses, and teams. As a training strategist, Lisa helps her clients strengthen communication & leadership skills, and develop healthier teams through training and team building programs. Lisa is the author of two books – Reading and Writing Come Alive and Executive Presence Improv Style.

When Lisa is not working, she is working. But work for her is also play as she loves what she does – and there is also Nellie her adorable Maltipoo puppy who plays along side her.
