2015 is the beginning for the ATD Golden Gate Chapter. Join your colleagues to discover the latest industry information, learn about the Chapter’s future and contribute your ideas to make 2015 a successful inaugural year.

Following 70 successful years as the ASTD Golden
Gate Chapter, 2015 begins a new era as part of the Association for Talent Development (ATD). With change comes questions and this event is designed to answer those questions.

We will begin with an overview of the ATD research
report on the “State of the Industry”. This annual report provides a solid foundation in understanding the trends in the talent development field as we enter 2015. If you are curious how your organization or practices compare to the national findings this report provides important metrics to consider.

Then we will provide a “State of the Chapter” presentation that will update you on the current plans for the coming year as well as answer any of your questions about the transition from ASTD to ATD.

Finally, there will be time for networking and for you to express your hopes, desires and expectations to continue to shape 2015 as another year that meets the needs of you the members.

5:30 pm : Check-in and networking
6:00 pm : Welcome and “State of the Industry”
6:30 pm: State of the Chapter
7:00 pm: Your ideas for 2015 and networking
7:30 pm: Event ends, networking continues

This event addresses ALL ATD competencies:

Paul Anjeski is the Association for Talent Development Golden Gate Chapter President for 2015. He will facilitate this event and together with the North Bay GIG Core Team, conduct an engaging discussion on both the National ATD and Chapter information.

Paul brings over 25 years of experience in the talent development field. He has been a member of ATD (formerly ASTD) at the National level for over 20 years. The Golden Gate Chapter is his fifth local Chapter as he has been based in Michigan, Oregon, Southern California, Spain, Maryland, the Philippines, Washington DC, and Wisconsin. By remaining current in the talent development trends worldwide and across a range of industries he understands the value of remaining active in professional organizations that provide resources to members in order for them to be dynamic and effective practitioners.

Please share this event with your networks!
