How are your business development activities going? What are you currently doing to identify new opportunities? What can you do to produce results and to grow your consulting practice?

Together we will examine a model of the Sales Cycle designed to help you manage your marketing efforts. Effective marketing requires consistent messaging utilizing many channels and approaches for each target audience.

By answering probing questions you will have the opportunity to closely inspect what you do at each step in your Sales Cycle. Discover where you are skipping steps, not performing up to your personal standards, etc.

Do you know how to develop sales targets; add products and services to grow your business; establish a greater marketing presence? And, what about proven strategies for better business development? What do you do after making an honest appraisal of how you are conducting your own Sales Cycle?

Joyce Lavey, Consultants SIG Leader, will facilitate the meeting.

Networking - 5:30 - 6:00pm.
Dinner will start at 6:00pm.

You pay for your own meal. ASTD will offer one beverage per participant.
