When was the last time things went exactly according to plan for you: Never? So would you like your response to be a little bit better when that happens again? At our September Monthly Program, you’ll have a chance to preview our upcoming workshop, Keeping Cool Under Fire©. Join a former newscaster as she shares her top tips for thinking on your feet, adjusting on the fly, and responding to tough questions.

Presentations are a part of our regular work life: we’re pitching new ideas, asking for funding, rolling out changes. We’re presenting to leaders, partners, and clients. As we grow in our roles, we are looked to as thought leaders, asked to chair panels, and invited to do media interviews. How you navigate these and other high-stakes presentations can propel – or impede – your career.

When you are the one in the hot seat, how do you respond? Do you get buy-in, or do you freeze up? Can you turn critics into advocates? Can you handle tough Q&A, and win hearts – and budget – from your audience?

Fleischer Communications’ Masters class Keeping Cool Under Fire© is a lively, hands-on workshop that will prepare you to read the room, think on your feet, and change course on the fly. In our evening program, you’ll get a sneak preview of the workshop as you work through a series of “What If” scenarios designed to help you learn how increase your influence by navigating challenging situations with grace and confidence.
